INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Register players for an event on the admin dashboard.
Use Cases: When a player is unable to register for an event on the member portal, system users can complete the registration process on behalf of a player. Optionally, the system user can process the player's payment at the same time.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click EVENTS > LIST on the side menu.
Click the name of an event. A new page displays.
On the event page, make sure the Dates tab is selected, and then click the Register Players button.
Registering a player
Scroll down to the Select Players You Want To Register field.
Search a member's name.
Click the Register button.
Click a link to see a list of all club players or members who are already registered for the event.
CourtReserve moves the name to the Player(s) to Register field. Click the Save button or the Save & Pay button.
FEATURE USAGE - ADMIN PERSPECTIVE
On the admin dashboard, CourtReserve adds the new player to the table.
FEATURE USAGE - USER PERSPECTIVE
On the member portal, players can see the event on the My Events page.
