WHAT IS AN ENTERPRISE USER?
An Enterprise User is a unique role designed for users who need access to enterprise-level settings, reports, and management tools. Under the Enterprise structure, these users can oversee various aspects of the organization, especially useful for large or multi-location operations.
Roles of an Enterprise User
Enterprise Manager: Currently, Enterprise Users can be assigned the role of Enterprise Manager, which grants access to the Enterprise Dashboard, including navigation across various enterprise features.
Capabilities of an Enterprise Manager
Enterprise Managers can access the enterprise-wide tools and resources necessary for managing locations, users, and settings. There are two primary types of Enterprise Managers, each with distinct permissions:
System Users with Enterprise Manager Role
These users have dual access to both individual Location settings and the Enterprise Dashboard. They can:Create new locations within the enterprise.
Access and modify the Location Template.
Access Enterprise Billing (if enabled).
Manage Enterprise Users, including creating new Enterprise Users.
Access enterprise-level reporting.
View the Enterprise audit log.
Enterprise-Only Managers
These users access the Enterprise Dashboard exclusively through the Enterprise portal (Enterprise.courtreserve.com) and do not have access to individual location templates or location creation features. They can:View the list of locations within the enterprise.
Access Enterprise Billing (if enabled).
Manage Enterprise Users, including creating new Enterprise Users.
Access enterprise-level reporting.
View the Enterprise audit log.
HOW TO BECOME AN ENTERPRISE USER
The CourtReserve Customer Success team sets up the initial Enterprise Manager role when the enterprise is created. After setup, the designated Enterprise Manager can create additional Enterprise Users as needed.
ADDING ADDITIONAL ENTERPRISE USERS
To add a new Enterprise User, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Enterprise section in the Admin left navigation.
Open the Enterprise Dashboard and select Enterprise Users.
Click on Create Enterprise User.
Complete the required setup fields for the new Enterprise User.
