Feature Summary: The Setup Guide is a built-in, step-by-step walkthrough within the CourtReserve Admin Panel that helps organizations configure essential settings for a successful setup.
Uses Cases: From court setup to membership management, the Setup Guide helps system admins optimize initial set-up. It’s available in both Trial mode and with an active subscription.

OVERVIEW
Navigating to the Setup Guide
While in Trial mode, organizations can find the Setup Guide at the top of the sidebar menu.
For subscribed organizations, an info box will appear with the option to hide the Setup Guide if they choose not to display it.
If an organization hides the guide, system users can find it under Settings > Organization Settings > Setup Guide.
Sections of the Setup Guide
The Setup Guide has 12 sections. Each section has a checklist of recommended tasks. System users can check off tasks as they complete them (the software does not do this automatically). The twelve sections are shown below:

Use the Knowledge Base links to access helpful articles, click “Setup” to jump directly to the relevant area in CourtReserve, and optionally check off tasks as you complete them. The checkboxes are just for your own visual reference to track your progress through the setup.
You can revisit the Setup Guide as often as needed—it's designed to support you throughout your organization’s setup process.
