Use Cases: System users can track business activities by sorting all revenue for a period into fee types or revenue categories.

Part 8: Generate a Pickleball Sales Summary Report
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to the side menu and click TRANSACTIONS > SALES SUMMARY. On the report, there will be an option to use a Preset Filter. Preset Filters will be available for the following options:
Cash Basis (End of Month)
Individual Instructor Revenue (Last Week)
Revenue Generated (Last Month)
Membership Revenue Generated (Last Month)
These filters can be used as is, or as a reference point to get reporting on specific revenue. If a Preset Filter is not needed, admins can begin manually setting the report filters.
Enable any combination of filters to narrow the focus of a report, including Fee Status and Output Type (see below). To download a report, click the Export to Excel button. CourtReserve saves the table data in an .xlsx file.
Fee status
Organizations can use this filter to reconcile figures provided by the payment processor. Club managers could, for instance, set the Fee Status to Paid, the Payment Types field to Credit Card and eCheck, and select Last Month as the payment period. Click Run Report and see if these figures match up with the payment processor's report.
Output Type
Click the field and select a report option. Use the checkboxes (e.g. Show Taxes) to refine the data in the report.
A Summary report includes sales totals, minimal columns, and category folders that expand and close. This is the best option if the system user wants to generate a standard report.
A Detail report includes the most amount of information.
A Revenue Categories report includes line items with assigned revenue categories.
A Sales Tax report shows the different tax rates and total tax collected during the period.
A Revenue by Payment Type report details revenue based on revenue categories, and is broken-down by each payment type used in an organization.
A Fee Category report displays a breakdown of revenue by various general categories.
