How to Redeem Your Physical Collectibles

Want to hold your collectibles in your hands? You can easily redeem your vaulted cards for physical delivery directly to your home. Here’s how the process works.

Requesting Your Redemption

  1. Go to the Redemption Page: Navigate to the Redemptions Tracker on our website at courtyard.io/redeem.

  2. Select Your Cards: Choose the cards from your collection that you would like to have physically shipped to you.

  3. Submit Your Order: Follow the prompts to confirm your shipping address and payment details for shipping fees.

Once your redemption order is submitted, you can monitor its progress through the Redemptions Tracker at courtyard.io/redemptions.

Tracking Your Shipment

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can also find the tracking information directly in your Redemptions Tracker.

Shipping Information

Shipping Time: We are generally able to get shipments sent out within a business day or two of your request. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. How long FedEx takes to ship to you will depend on how far you are from our vault in Delaware. You can track your exact shipping estimation from the Redemption Tracker once your tracking number is created.

Fees and Taxes: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and the selected shipping carrier. All applicable fees and taxes will be clearly displayed before you finalize your checkout. We ship packages at-cost based on FedEx's pricing.

Modifying an Order: Please note that redemption orders cannot be edited once they have been submitted. If you need to make a change and your order has not yet shipped, we recommend canceling the original order and submitting a new one with the correct details. If you do not see the option to cancel, it means the order is already on its way and cannot be edited.
