At Octo, you have the flexibility to customize your dashboard by creating personalized reports. You can design these reports to be private or shared and tailor their layout to your needs by selecting the “Build it from scratch” option. Alternatively, if you prefer a consistent, predefined view, you can choose the “Fixed” option. This provides a fixed layout for your insights reports, based on a specific period (quarterly or yearly) that caters your need, which will appear as follows:

Cost Groups are a key feature of Octo, designed to streamline cloud cost management by enabling you to organize and categorize your cloud costs and usage. This feature allows you to create custom groups based on criteria such as department, project, or vendors. The recommendations part is where you can effectively manage your cloud expenses by providing comprehensive insights from recommendation data from two primary sources, AWS and Octo-generated recommendations. This feature is designed to cater multi-vendor environments, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Currently, this feature supports AWS with plans to extend to other platforms in the future.
