Coworker Notetaker is a bot that will join intended meetings to generate a transcript. This will appear as an additional attendee "Coworker Notetaker" in a meeting.

ℹ Coworker Notetaker will attempt to join a meeting 5 minutes before (in case of an early start) and remain 5 minutes after the call. It was also timeout after 5 minutes from the start of the call if it isn’t admitted into the meeting.

All meeting transcripts and summary reports will appear as the main view in your Meeting Notes feed. Click into a meeting to view the report.

ℹ Anytime a calendar update is made (creating a new meeting, etc.) Coworker will pull all meeting details into the Meetings page. This will look 24 hours in the past and 30 days in the future.

      • "Provide a bullet point summary I can post in my team slack channel"

Network Default Settings [Admins only]

  • Network Settings enable Network Admins to have more control of how to manage your Coworker Notetaker. This feature can be accessed directly through the pop-up Settings modal by clicking on the bottom left icon and selecting “Notetaker Settings”.

  • Admins are able to set the below settings for their organizations:

    • Meeting Access: Control whether or not the Notetaker joins your company’s internal and external meetings by default.

    • Organizer Override: Enables meeting organizers to disallow Notetaker from joining a meeting by simply turning it off for themselves.

    • Consent Emails: Automatically sends Notetaker consent emails to external meeting guests 1 hour ahead of the meeting. If any external guest opts to disallow the use of Notetaker, then it will not join the meeting.

    • Recording: Control your Notetaker’s ability to record video from your meetings. When video is disabled, the Notetaker continues to capture audio for transcription.

    • Meeting Notes & Sharing: Control whether Meeting Notes are sent automatically to attendees, and dictate which attendees are able to receive them.

ℹ Meeting Access settings are network defaults and are applied to all new users that are added to your network. An individual user’s Meeting Access settings will override the default network settings should they differ.
