How to set up Notetaker auto-join for Meetings

How to set up and configure auto-join preferences for the Meetings Coworker Notetaker

  1. Navigate to ‘Meetings’ on the side menu

  2. Select ‘Auto-join settings’

  3. Select the defaults for the following:

    1. Internal Recurring meetings

    2. Internal One-off meetings

    3. External Recurring meetings

    4. External One-off meetings

ℹ It is recommended to have the auto-join settings set to TRUE as you can still admit/deny the Notetaker for each meeting as needed

ℹ External meetings are identified by any meeting where an invitee has a different email domain to your work email domain
