Learning management system
Please see below the minimum technical requirements you need to run our software:
Web browsers | All browsers should be up-to-date and on their latest versions. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari on Windows, Safari on iPad, and Chrome on Android tablets. |
Screen resolution | 1024 x 768 or higher. |
Pop-up blockers | To avoid issues with viewing some content, we recommend that you disable any pop-up blockers. |
JavaScript | Enabled. |

Mobile app
To use our app on your phone or tablet, see our minimum technical requirements:
Android 4.4 (Jelly Bean) or later.
iOS 11.4 or later.
iPad Requires iPadOS 11.4 or later.
iPod touch Requires iOS 11.4 or later.
Mac Requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.
Apple Vision Requires visionOS 1.0 or later.
If you don't have our app yet, you can download it from your App Store or Play Store, just search for CPL Learning and press Install. We recommend that when you download the app you allow notifications.
Courses
For your courses to run smoothly on a browser, ensure your devices meet the below requirements:
All courses run in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari using HTML5.
You need to enable JavaScript for all portfolios.
You need to enable Iframes on all platforms.
Pop-ups need to be allowed from within the learning management system you're using.
Where we update courses, you need to clear your cache locally or via proxy server.
If you're using an older browser, you may need Adobe Reader when you launch a PDF.
Modern browsers have built-in PDF support.
You don't need to have Flash or Java installed, as our courses don't use these.
All courses are compatible with iOS and Android devices.
