Franchise and store pages are a great way to view store or franchise information at a glance, including any programs completed at the store or franchise level. Here’s how to get to these pages and what you’ll find on each one.
Navigating to Franchise and Store Pages
STEP 1: Sign in to CPR Encompass.
STEP 2: In the menu at the far left of your screen, hover over Entities (top icon, the building) and click Franchises or Stores.
Franchises, only viewable by some users, will list all franchises (for Corporate Admins) or franchises you’re assigned to (all other user roles). Corporate FSM/COE roles are defaulted to assigned franchises, but can check the checkbox at the top of the screen to view all franchises.

Franchise Pages
On the Franchises Page, you can search the list on the screen or use the search bar to locate the Franchise you are looking to view. Once you find the Franchise you would like to view, either click the Eye icon, or the name of the Franchise to view its page.
On a Franchise Page, you will see the following tabs. The tabs you see may vary depending upon your user role.
Stores: All stores under the Franchise. You can click any store name, or the Eye icon, to go to the store’s individual page.
Interactions: Lists any programs completed for the franchise within the date range selected. Click the Eye icon to view individual interactions.
Photos: Displays any photos uploaded to programs completed for the franchise within the date range selected. You can also filter by Question, User, or Program. Click the photo to view it larger, or click View Interaction to see the associated program.
Questions: Lists all questions completed within programs for the franchise within the filters selected. Click the Eye icon to view detail on the question by individual response.
Audit: Lists any system actions taken for the franchise.
Users: Lists all users associated with the franchises’ locations. Depending on your level of access, you may be able to view more details on the user by clicking the Eye icon, or edit their information by clicking the Pencil.
Store Pages
On the Stores Page, you can search the list on the screen or use the search bar to locate the Store you are looking to view. Once you find the Store you would like to view, either click the Eye icon, or the name of the Store to view its page.
On a Store Page, you will see all pertinent information for the store listed at the top. You may also see the following tabs. The tabs you see may vary depending upon your user role.
Hours: List operating hours for the store, if available. Most stores are auto-populated to Closed at the moment.
Interactions: Lists any programs completed for the store within the date range selected. Click the Eye icon to view individual interactions.
Photos: Displays any photos uploaded to programs completed for the store within the date range selected. You can also filter by Question or Program. Click the photo to view it larger, or click View Interaction to see the associated program.
