Franchise Admins have the ability to create franchise-level custom call scripts within Encompass Outbound Calling. Here's a quick guide to creating scripts, along with a template you can use to create your own script.
Why create your own scripts?
Creating your own scripts gives you additional control over the message being delivered to your customers via Outbound Calling. Additionally, you can customize the script to include franchise-specific offers. You can also tailor your script so it's as easy as possible for your front line associates to follow.
How-to Guide: Creating a Script
We've made it very easy for you to create your own scripts within Encompass Calling.
STEP 1: Hover over the CRM menu and click Call Scripts. Remember: Only Franchise Admins have access to this.
STEP 2: Click Add Call Script
STEP 3: Name your Call Script
STEP 4: Enter your Call Script content in the box. There are several options for adding and formatting content.
STEP 5: When you are done adding your content, choose which Franchise you'd like to add the script for.
STEP 6: Click Save Call Script
