Can’t sign in to National Estimator Cloud or National Appraisal Estimator?

Try these steps if you cannot log in to National Estimator Cloud or National Appraisal Estimator.

Step 1: Wait up to 20 minutes after purchase

If you just purchased your subscription, your access may still be updating. Please wait up to 20 minutes, then try signing in again.


Step 2: Wait up to 20 minutes after changing your password

If you recently reset or changed your password, please wait up to 20 minutes before trying to sign in with the new password.


Step 3: Make sure you are using the correct login page

Use the login page for the product you purchased:

If you are using a saved bookmark, it may be out of date. Try entering the correct web address directly in your browser.


Step 4: Type your email address and password manually

If your browser or password manager fills in your login information automatically, try typing it in yourself instead.

Sometimes saved passwords are outdated or incorrect. If manual entry works, update the saved password in your browser or password manager.

If you still cannot access your subscription after trying the steps above, contact our support team for help.

  • the email address on your account

  • whether you recently purchased the subscription or changed your password
