1. When a subscription to National Estimator Cloud (NEC) ends, access to subscriber estimates, bids and invoices on the NEC server also ends.

2. But until a subscription lapses, subscribers are welcome to download all their NEC estimates, bids and invoices as PDF, Word, Excel or IIF (QuickBooks Desktop) files.

3. Estimates, bids and invoices downloaded in PDF, Word, Excel or QuickBook Desktop format are usable regardless of NEC subscription status – assuming, of course, that a user has a PDF viewer, Word, Excel or QuickBooks Desktop installed.

4. Any estimate exported to QuickBooks Online (QBO) will remain usable in QBO regardless of NEC subscription status – assuming, of course, that a user has an active QBO account.

5. Estimates are retained on the NEC server for at least one year after a subscription ends. A former subscriber who renews a lapsed subscription within a year and uses the same ID and password will regain access to estimates archived on the NEC server
