Download your work first. While your subscription is still active, you can save all your estimates, bids, and invoices as PDF, Word, Excel, or IIF (QuickBooks Desktop) files. Once they're on your computer, they're yours to keep and open anytime — you just need the matching program installed. See Exporting Estimates or Print.
After your subscription ends, you'll lose access to your estimates, bids, and invoices stored on the National Estimator Cloud server.
Already sent estimates to QuickBooks Online? Those stay in QuickBooks Online as long as your QBO account is active.
Changed your mind? We keep your estimates on our server for at least a year after your subscription ends. Renew within that year and sign in with the same email and password, and your estimates will be waiting.
