How to fix a blank screen when signing in

Check your computer’s date, time, and time zone settings if National Estimator Cloud opens to a blank white screen.

Updated this week

If you see a blank white screen when you try to sign in to National Estimator Cloud, your computer’s date, time, or time zone is probably set incorrectly. National Estimator Cloud uses time-sensitive login checks, so incorrect settings can prevent the sign-in page from loading correctly.

How to fix it

  1. Open your computer’s date and time settings.

  2. Make sure your time zone is set to your actual location.

  3. Make sure the date and time are correct for that location.

  4. If your computer gives you the option, set both the date and time and time zone to automatic.

  5. Try signing in again.

Why this happens

Sometimes the clock on your computer may look correct, but the time zone is still wrong. For example, your computer might show the right local time manually, but if the time zone is set to a different region, the system time is still incorrect for login purposes.

Need help finding these settings?

Search your computer for:

date and time settings

Then update both settings to automatic if that option is available.
