Updates to Windows Defender SmartScreen have tightened security parameters on their internet browser, Edge, to only allow download of applications that are part of the Microsoft store. Craftsman's installers are not apps in Microsoft's store, and therefore, are not permitted to be downloaded by Edge.
If you get the following error when trying to install one of Craftsman's installers:
Please follow these steps:
Open www.craftsman-book.com in Chrome or Firefox.
Log into your account.
Click on your name in the upper right corner, and select "My Account".
On the left hand side of the screen, click on "My Downloadable Products".
Download your file.
Once downloaded, right click on the .exe file, and select "Run as Administrator".
