We got feedback that many people loved the Double U promo—over 1,000 users claimed free ₦10k weekly. Because you enjoyed the promo, we’ve decided to relaunch it as Double U Max, starting today, Friday, March 13, 2026.
Double U Max, however, comes with minor tweaks, and I’ll cover all the details in this short piece.
Double U Max: Bonus galore 💸💸
During the Double U Max promo, the multiplier effect is 2.5x, instead of 2x in the previous Double U promo, for every $500 conversion you complete. This means converting at least $500 to naira elevates your chance of winning up to 10,000 CNC (₦1,000) per transaction. During this promo, there’s no weekly limit; therefore, you can win ₦1,000 (10,000 CNC) after every $500 crypto-to-naira conversion, with 1,505,000 CNC (₦150,500) available for you to win every week.
The higher your level on Crane, the more CNC you'll win during the Double U Max campaign. To break it down, if you're in levels 1-4 and convert $500 crypto to naira, you'll win 6,250 CNC. But if you were in levels 5-9, you'd win 12,500 CNC (₦1,250).

Double U Max: How to claim cash rewards after converting $500 to naira
Once you convert $500+ crypto to naira, you’ll instantly receive your CNC reward, which will be indicated on the reward page.
After winning your CNC reward during the Double U Max promo, here’s how you can spend it:
1. Redeem it for cash: You can redeem CNC for naira when it reaches 10,000 (₦1,000), the same amount you can win daily during the Double U Max promo. Therefore, winning CNC presents the opportunity to win cash that you can spend.
2. Pay transaction fees: You can use your CNC to cover conversion fees through the CNC offset service. For example, if you have 10,000 CNC (₦1,000) and your conversion fee is ₦15, you can use your CNC to pay the conversion fee, therefore helping you spend less on transaction-related fees.

1. What’s the maximum amount I can win during the Double U Max Promo?
The maximum amount you can win during the Double U Max promo depends on your Crane level and the amount you converted. However, irrespective of the level you belong to, you’ll enjoy a 2.5x multiplier effect on every $500+ transaction, helping you win more CNC and cash in the process.
2. Why didn't I get 10,000 CNC (₦1,000) despite converting $500 crypto to naira?
The qualifying amount starts from $500, so ensure you do this.
Once the qualifying amount is sorted, your CNC reward also depends on your level on the Crane app—the higher your level, the quicker and easier it is to win 10,000 CNC per transaction.
Therefore, if you don't win exactly 10,000 CNC on your first $500 conversion, it's likely because your level falls between 1 and 4, not because we didn't reward you. You’d need to do more $500+ transactions to reach 10,000 CNC and above.
3. Can I win ₦1,000 multiple times?
Yes, you can! The per-transaction limit is 10,000 CNC (₦1,000) for every $500+ transaction. Unlike the previous Double U promo, there's no weekly limit, so you can win ₦1,000 multiple times as long as you convert $500 to naira.
4. How can I know the amount of CNC I won after conversion?
Your CNC reward will show in the "Double U Max" section in the conversion sheet before completing a $500+ transaction, as shown in the image below:
Additionally, every CNC bonus you receive during the promo win will be shown on the Reward section on the Crane app homepage.
5. Is there a weekly cap?
No, there’s no weekly cap available during the Double U Max promo; only a per-transaction limit (10,000 CNC or ₦1,000) exists. The absence of the weekly cap means you can win ₦1,000 multiple times daily and weekly as long as you complete $500+ crypto conversions.
6. What do the daily and weekly pools mean?
The daily and weekly pools are Crane’s way to ensure that every user enjoys a share of the reward pool during the promo season.
The daily pool (500,000 CNC or ₦50,000) is available to everyone who performs the qualifying transaction every day. Similarly, 1,505,000 CNC (₦150,500) is available to every user who performs $500+ crypto transactions every week. Once the pools are exhausted, you can no longer claim a reward. So, ensure you do as many transactions as possible to claim your CNC rewards before the pools run out.
