Account Management Guide

Accessing Account Management

1. Click "Manage" from your account menu

2. You will be directed to the account management portal

Available Management Options

Account Details

- View and update account information

- Modify account settings

- Make changes to account preferences

Payment Management

- Update payment methods

- Add new payment options

- Modify existing payment information

Billing History

- Access all business invoices

- View payment history

- Download billing documents for accounting purposes

Subscription Management

To Change Your Plan

1. Navigate to the Plan and Billing section

2. Select "Cancel"

3. Follow the plan selections

4. Confirm your choice

​Account Deletion Request
1. View this article to delete your account and data

Returning to Creative OS

- Click "Exit" in the account management portal

- You will be automatically redirected back to Creative OS

Important Notes

- All account-related actions must be performed through this portal

- Changes are effective immediately upon confirmation

- Ensure you save any modifications before exiting

- Keep your billing information up to date for uninterrupted service
