Account Management Guide

Accessing Account Management

  1. Log in to CreativeOS at https://go.creativeos.com

  2. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

  3. In the modal that appears, select Plan and Billing

  4. Click the Manage Billing button

  5. You’ll be redirected to the account management portal

Available Management Options

Account Details

- View and update account information

- Modify account settings

- Make changes to account preferences

Payment Methods (For Payment Management)

- Update payment methods

- Add new payment options

- Change Primary Payment method

- Modify existing payment information

Billing History

- Access all business invoices

- View payment history

- Download billing documents for accounting purposes

Subscription Management

To Change Your Plan

1. Click Settings in the bottom-left corner

2. Navigate to the Plan and Billing section

3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

4. Follow the plan selections

5. Confirm your choice

Account Deletion Request
1. View this article to delete your account and data

Returning to CreativeOS

- Click "Exit" in the account management portal

- You will be automatically redirected back to CreativeOS

Important Notes

- All account-related actions must be performed through this portal

- Changes are effective immediately upon confirmation

- Ensure you save any modifications before exiting

- Keep your billing information up to date for uninterrupted service
