Everything about getting your commission paid out — when it happens, how it reaches you, and what to do if it doesn't.
When will I receive my commissions?
Payouts run once a month, at the month's end. That's the same schedule across LoudCrowd, so you can plan around it. Your Earnings tab shows your next payment date and the amount expected in that run.
Why a sale you made didn't appear in this month's payout
This is the part that trips people up, and it isn't the payout date — it's the approval window.
Before a sale can be paid, it has to age past your brand's approval window. Each brand sets its own length, which is why two creators on different programs can make a sale the same day and get paid in different months.
A sale that hasn't cleared that window by the month's cutoff isn't lost — it simply rolls into the next month's payout.
Example: if your brand's window is 30 days and you make a sale on the 20th, it hasn't matured by the end of this month, so it lands in next month's payout instead.
If you want to know your program's exact window, ask your brand — it's their setting. More on how the three stages work.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are sent through Tremendous, a payments provider.
When a payout is sent, Tremendous contacts you — by email or by text, depending on how your brand set it up. Emails come from rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
Open the link in that message.
Choose how you want to receive the money from the options your brand has made available, and follow the prompts.
Tip: You don't need to set up a payout method or hand over bank details in advance. You choose at the moment you claim, from the link.
Which options you'll see is set by your brand, so it varies between programs. If you're not sure what yours offers, your brand can tell you.
I didn't get my payout
Work through these before reaching out:
Check spam and promotions. The Tremendous email is the single most common thing to get filtered. Search your inbox for rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
Check the right inbox. Payouts go to the email on your creator account, which isn't always the one you check most. If you have more than one address, search them all.
Check your texts if your brand sends payouts by SMS.
Check what's actually approved. Only commission that cleared your brand's approval window is in this month's run. Anything still in Awaiting Approval rolls to next month.
If you've been through all of that and a payout you expected is genuinely missing, contact your brand — they can see your account and chase it.
My payout was smaller than I expected
Two usual causes.
A return or refund. If a customer sends something back after their order was approved, the commission adjusts, and the corrected amount is what gets paid. Your Earnings tab reflects the current figure.
Timing. Sales that hadn't cleared the approval window by the month's cutoff aren't in this payout — they'll be in the next one.
