Your Earnings tab is where you track the money you're making. This walks through what each number means and why a sale doesn't pay out immediately.
The three stages
Your sales move through three stages:
Awaiting Approval → Approved & Awaiting Payment → Paid Out
Each stage is its own card on your Earnings tab.
Awaiting Approval
A brand-new sale starts here. You'll see:
Sales Awaiting Approval — how many orders are in this stage
Commissions Pending — what you'd earn if they all clear
Revenue — the total value of those orders
Orders sit here through an approval window that your brand sets. It's there so returns and cancellations get caught before anyone gets paid, which is standard across affiliate programs. Each brand chooses its own length, so ask yours if you want to know your exact window.
Approved & Awaiting Payment
Once an order clears the approval window it moves here, cleared for payment in an upcoming run:
Sales Approved — orders that made it through
Commissions Expected — what's coming to you
Revenue — the value of those orders
Tip: Approved isn't quite the same as final. If a customer returns something after approval, your commission can still adjust. That's why this card is labelled expected.
Depending on your program, you may also see a Next Payment block here with a date and an amount — that's the slice of your approved commission scheduled for your very next payment, rather than everything approved across future runs.
All Time Earnings
Everything that's been paid out, totalled up:
Sales Made — orders you've been paid for
Commissions Paid — what you've actually earned
Total Revenue — the total value you've driven
This is your running scoreboard for the whole partnership.
Your commission details
Below your earnings you'll find your current commission tier and rate, what it takes to reach the next tier, and how you earn on different products. Advancement is usually based on sales volume or content performance over time — your tier section spells out the specifics for your program.
Getting paid
Payouts run once a month, at the month's end, and arrive through Tremendous. What varies between programs isn't the date — it's your brand's approval window, which decides whether a given sale makes this month's run or next month's.

Common questions
Why hasn't my sale appeared at all? Attribution can take a little time to land. If a sale you're confident about is still missing after a day or so, check that the buyer used your link or your code — then contact your brand.
Why did my commission go down? Almost always a return or a partial refund on an order that had already been counted.
Why is my commission different from another creator's? Rates are set per program and can vary by tier and by product. Your commission details section shows what applies to you.
