You posted, you tagged the brand, and nothing has appeared in your Hub. Here's how posts get picked up and what to check.
How your posts get found
LoudCrowd looks for posts from the social accounts linked to your profile that meet your brand's tagging rules. When one matches, it appears in your Hub with its approval status.
It isn't instant. Posts are picked up on a delay after you publish — usually a matter of hours.
Check these first
Is the right account linked? Open your Dashboard and check the Instagram and TikTok handles on your profile are the ones you actually posted from. If you changed your handle recently, update it here.
Is your account public? Private accounts can't be read, so posts from them won't be found.
Did you tag the way your brand asks? Some brands need the brand account tagged in the photo, some need it in the caption, and some need both. A caption mention won't count for a brand that requires a photo tag.
Did you use the required hashtags? Many programs require specific ones. Missing them is the most common reason a post isn't credited.
Has enough time passed? Give it a few hours before treating it as missing.
Note: Stories are handled separately, and it's up to your brand — some programs count every Story, some count none, and some hold Stories to the same rules as feed posts. Check your program's guidelines if you're relying on Stories.
A note on reposts
Some programs don't accept reposted content — if yours is one of them, resharing someone else's post won't be credited to you.
Still missing?
If your account is linked correctly, your post follows the rules, and a day has passed, send us a missing post report and we'll add it for you:
Open the chat on this page and choose Send us a Message
Choose I have a missing Instagram or TikTok post
Paste the link to the post, the email on your account, and the brand you're working with
Tip: If more than one post is missing, paste all the links into the same report rather than sending one report per post. It gets them all added at once.
