If you are registered with an organisation follow these steps to access your profile:
The organisation you have applied to work with will send you an invitation to sign up by email, this email contains a one time link to click on. Please look for this email (check your spam/junk folder if not in your inbox).
If you have not received an email, your organisation may not have invited you yet. We recommend you contact your administrator and request them to resend your invite or provide you with a link, for example, https://organisationname.credentially.io/ (where organisationname is the name of your employer company). Copy and paste this link into your browser.Click 'Log in'. Credentially uses the technology of passwordless login. We generate a secure one-time link when you need to enter the system.
3. Insert the email address you have been registered with and click 'Log in'.

5. Click on the "Log in to Credentially" button in the email. Please note that the login link expires in 30 minutes after sending. So, if you did not have a chance to open it on time, you need to repeat the steps 1 – 4.

Credentially tip: Please keep in mind that you may have difficulty logging in to Credentially while using browsers with limited support. We recommend signing up to Credentially (as well as uploading your documents, signing documents, etc) via the Google Chrome browser.
