There is also an option to upload new versions of documents to your Credentially profile from your phone. Make the photos of your new certificates and then follow these easy guidelines to upload it to the platform:

1. Log in to your account at Credentially by entering the organisation's login link in the Web browser on your phone. You can find the link in one of the notifications you got from Credentially under the action button. The format of the link is usually organisationname.credentially.io, where organisationname is the name of the company. If you can open the notification from your phone, click on the button.

If you don't know, what the link is, go to app.credentially.io. The platform will automatically redirect you to the right company if you already have an active account at Credentially. Please do not use this option if you have multiple Credentially accounts, as you might end up in any of them.

Note: Please keep in mind that you may have difficulty logging in to Credentially while using browsers with limited support. We recommend signing up to Credentially (as well as uploading your documents, signing documents, etc.) via the Google Chrome mobile browser.

3. Scroll down to the 'Documents' section;

4. Find the document type you need to upload your new documents to and click on the 'Upload' button in its sub-section;

6. Then you can either take a picture of your certificate or upload a saved photo from your phone.

Please do not forget to review the newly uploaded documents. Kindly read this article to make sure why this is important.

Note: Credentially Team recommends you upload the documents in the following formats: pdf (the ideal option), .jpeg, .png, .tif, .docx. Credentially doesn't fully support .heic files (the default image format for the latest models of iPhones).
