Feeling overwhelmed with all the incoming emails? You can easily turn them off!
NOTE: at the moment, administrative roles granted with 'Can View All Staff' or 'Can View All Staff' and 'Can View Staff Needing Approval' permissions can turn off notifications. To set up these permissions, click here.
Go to My Profile
Notification settings
Then you can choose what notifications you'd like 'off', 'all staff' or 'staff assigned to me'. The changes you make will be saved automatically.
You can be notified about the following actions:
an employee accepts an invitation
an employee declines an invitation
an employee signs up
an employee is awaiting your approval
an employee completes onboarding
a referee completes a reference
non-compliance daily digest
an employee uploads new document versions
