You may sometimes come across a situation when you want to review an uploaded certificate or download it from Credentially. Still, you may be not permitted to do it by your organisation.

In this case, you will see a lock and the 'No Access' sign next to the document - the access to this document for the document owner is restricted.

As the profile owner, you can see this document type, e.g. Adult Safeguarding Level 1, in the document table in your profile. However, you are not allowed to review, upload, delete, or download this file.

NOTE: Usually, when you see a locked document on the platform, it can be a certificate issued by your organisation and supposed to be used only for internal needs. Providing you want to get this certificate for an external need, we would recommend contacting your administrator.
