Administrators with appropriate permissions can now:
Administrators with granted permissions have the ability to upload Right to Work document evidence already collected from staff members
Candidates can submit Right to Work documents with a simple share code
Stay compliant with an updated Right to Work document list in accordance with the latest Home Office guidance

Fitness to Practice Details: Credentially now includes FTP Warnings, Conditions, and Undertakings on a GP’s staff record.
Table Customization: Take charge by reordering columns in both the ‘Staff’ and ‘Needs Approval’ tables with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface:
Onboarding Sub-Steps: Do you want to tailor your welcome message or any other onboarding step to each role?
With the new sub-steps feature, you can nest onboarding steps under a common group while keeping configurations per role. This enhancement eases the initial configuration and makes the process a lot easier for the onboarding candidate.

Export Data Button Relocation: For streamlined user experience, the Export button has been relocated to the user’s avatar header dropdown menu.
For Administrators: exporting data for another user, the export button has been moved to the administrator panel.
Pending Invitation Accept: Administrators now have enhanced visibility which includes an information banner when a staff member profile is only partially accessible. This occurs when a newly-invited staff member who is registered to more than one Credentially account has a pending invitation. This maintains restrictions, unauthorized exposure or modification of personal data prior to obtaining user consent.
