CreditorWatch Collect email reminders can be configured to send using HTML or plain text format:

To change the formatting
Click Workflows from the list on the left.
Select a workflow.
Open an email reminder within the workflow
Click Template
Then select the formatting style you want use
NB: This will only change the formatting of the selected email reminder.
