Any user, or multiple users, are able to opt-in to receive a 'heads-up' email regarding auto-reminders.
The email is sent out approximately 12 hours before auto-reminders are sent, which allows the recipient to pause, reconcile, or update notes if necessary.
How to opt in to receive the summary:
Click on your business name (top left)
Click on my details link
Check/uncheck Daily summary email
Save by clicking on Update email preferences
Please note that if you have multiple organisations within CreditorWatch Collect, this with effect all of them.
