How to set your debtors to move from one workflow to another automatically

How to set up Automatic Workflow Escalation

  1. Add your workflows. Templates are available to save you time or use as inspiration.

  2. Open the default workflow. This is the workflow which all customers will go through.

  3. Click + Add step

4. Select the workflow you would like the debtors to escalate to. The drop down menu will show all the workflows you have created, as well as debt collection.

5. Update other details.
Update days waited before moving.
Select who to notify.
Ensure the notification email is correct.

6. Click Create, green button found in the top right corner.

NB: If you add the Move to step, the accounts will move automatically to the designated workflow.
โ€‹You may want to set the Stop Work / Pre-debt collection workflow to start manually. This gives you more control over sending the escalated reminders.

NB: If accounts are in Idle before you add workflow escalation, these accounts will not escalate. They will need to be manually moved to the correct workflow
