Custom lists (= custom views) allow you to save a filtered view in your sidebar, and build your own workflow on top of Crew.

Here is how you can do it.

Once you have filtered your talent base, hit the "Save custom list" button

Choose a nice emoji & title for this list, and save it

It will then appear in your sidebar
​

Whenever a candidate will match the criteria of the filters, it will enter the list. And if it no longer matches the criteria, it will leave the list.

1/ Track great candidates that for some reason spent too much time in critical stages

2/ Track candidates that are in a sequence

3/ Follow up on candidates that need to be nurtured (you can combine it with bulk send emails/sequences too)

To update the criteria of a list, makes the changes needed on filters, and then hit the "Save custom list" and then choose the "Update {list_name}" option

To rename or delete a custom list, on the sidebar hit the 3 dots next to the custom list title, and then choose the option needed.
