Updated over a week ago

When your child is absent, parents/guardians have to report their absence via Parent Portal.

  • Planned absences should be communicated as soon as possible, ideally 2 weeks in advance so that we have time to read the email, take action and communicate with teachers.

  • If your child needs to take more than a week of leave, we'll forward your message to your pastoral deans for approval.

  • If your child will be/was absent for more than 3 days due to medical reasons, please provide us with a doctor's note/certificate.

  • You can find out more about what is justified absence here and what is unjustified absence here.

This is a quick and easy process - Click here to view our brief video demonstration.
