As long as assets are not on an existing request, you can separate items from an asset cluster. Here are the steps:
1) Select the "(i)" icon on the clustered assets.
2) In the Edit Section, select the checkbox for the Asset Number that you want to split apart.
3) Click on the Split Selected button.
You do have to do these one at a time.
