Betdeck has moved to Crossbet

Betdeck has been acquired by Crossbet - the betting brand for Proper Punters!

Betdeck accounts have moved to Crossbet.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The move took place on WEDNESDAY 24th JANUARY 2024 and was completed at 1:00pm AEDT. From this time, your Betdeck account will be deleted permanently and your Crossbet account available for use.

WHAT IS BEING MOVED?

Things are slightly different depending on whether you already have a Crossbet account.

I'm NEW to Crossbet

The following has been transferred to your new Crossbet account:

  • Your account details

  • Any available cash and bonus balances

  • Deposit limit settings*

  • Pending bets^

  • Marketing preferences for Email & SMS communications

*Deposit limits & associated time periods will take affect following your first deposit with your Crossbet account.

I'm an EXISTING Crossbet account holder

The following has been transferred to your existing Crossbet account:

  • Any available cash and bonus balances

  • Pending bets^

^While you won’t be able to see any pending bets that settle after your account has been transferred in the Crossbet App or Website, any winnings from pending bets will be manually credited to your account once they settle.

HOW WILL I LOGIN MY ACCOUNT?

I'm NEW to Crossbet

  1. Go to the 'Login' screen

  2. Click 'Forgot Password'

  3. Enter your email address that was registered to your Betdeck account

  4. Complete the Password Reset steps

  5. Login to your account using your email address as the username and your newly created password.

I'm an EXISTING Crossbet account holder

If you already have an existing Crossbet account, simply login using your existing details. Any valid Betdeck balances will be added to your existing Crossbet account at the of the move.

WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE CROSSBET APP?

CAN I WITHDRAW MY FUNDS THAT HAVE BEEN MOVED OVER FROM BETDECK?

Yes, any available balance (cash) that was left in your Betdeck account has been moved to your Crossbet account.

You may withdraw your 'withdrawable' balance at any time. Note, any bank account details that were registered to your Betdeck account have been securely transferred to your Crossbet account.

If you attempt to make a withdrawal but see a withdrawable balance less than your account balance, this may be because you have not yet met turnover requirements from your original Betdeck balance and need to so.

We encourage you to double check your account details before making a withdrawal to ensure they are up to date and correct.

I WAS ON A RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING BREAK AT BETDECK, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT?

You still won't be able to access your Crossbet account until your original break period from Betdeck has ended. Once your break is over, you will be able to log in and use your Crossbet account.

I AM ON A RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING BREAK AT CROSSBET, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOUNT?

If we have identified that you have an existing Crossbet account and you are currently on a break, you still won't be able to access your Crossbet account until your existing Crossbet break is over. Once your break is over, you will be able to log in and use your Crossbet account, where any balances transferred from Betdeck will available for you.

I HAD A DEPOSIT LIMIT SET ON MY BETDECK ACCOUNT, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CROSSBET ACCOUNT?

If you had a deposit limit set on your Betdeck account, it will be transferred and maintained in your Crossbet account.

For existing Crossbet account holders that have a deposit limit set, your Crossbet deposit limit will be maintained as is.

Note: You may lower you existing deposit limit at any time, but raising it or removing it will only take effect after 7 days from request.

HOW CAN I DEPOSIT INTO MY CROSSBET ACCOUNT?

Crossbet offers Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay ID and Bank Transfer as deposit options.

I HAVE PERMANENTLY SELF-EXCLUDED AT CROSSBET, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BETDECK ACCOUNT?

If you have an existing account with Crossbet which is permanently self-excluded, your account will remain self-excluded irrespective of the status of your Betdeck account.

If you had funds available in your Betdeck account, please contact our customer service team to arrange the withdrawal of your cash balance.

I HAVE DEACTIVATED MY CROSSBET ACCOUNT, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BETDECK ACCOUNT?

If you have an existing account with Crossbet which you have deactivated, your account will remain deactivated irrespective of the status of your Betdeck account.

If you had funds available in your Betdeck account, please contact our customer service team to request your account to be re-opened so that you can access your transferred balances.
