Elements that a Project Owner cannot edit themselves
Once a project is live and funding there are a couple of actions you can’t do yourself and you will need to ask our Support team to do this for you. This includes:
Changing the funding type or target
Edit a reward that has already been pledged on
Switching to Always on (if it’s not a fundraiser project)

Can I call you?
With hundreds of projects being added to our platform every week, we're supporting a large number of project owners. We want to help as many people as possible in a day and we find that email or encouraging you to use our Help Centre is the most efficient way to do this.
Opening Hours
Crowdfunder's office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on all bank holidays in England.
