What can’t a project edit themselves?
Once a project is live and funding there are a couple of actions you can’t do yourself and you will need to wait for customer support to do this for you. This includes:
Changing the funding type or target
Edit a reward that has already been pledged on
Switching to Always on (if it’s not a fundraiser project)
How do I contact Crowdfunder
If you can't find your question by searching in our help centre, you can contact us by clicking on the blue icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
You'll see a pop-up box where you can either search for your answers or send us a message. Please note we aim to reply within two working days.
When messaging us, we ask that you provide the email address linked to your project or pledge, as well as any other details relevant to your query (such as project name). The more information we have, the easier it should be for us to resolve your issue.
The messenger Icon isn't showing
If the icon isn't showing please email your query to us at support@crowdfunder.co.uk from the email address linked to your project or pledge and we will get back to you within 2 working days
Can I call you?
With hundreds of projects being added to our platform every week, we're supporting a large number of project owners. We want to help as many people as possible in a day and we find that email or encouraging you to use our Help Centre is the most efficient way to do this.
Opening Hours
Crowdfunder's office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on all bank holidays in England.
