How do I contact Crowdfunder?
Each page on the Crowdfunder website displays our messaging icon in the bottom right corner.
By clicking on this icon, you can access our Help Centre, which addresses all of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs). You can also chat with Fundr, our very knowledgeable bot, through live chat. If Fundr cannot answer your question, it will be directed to one of our friendly support team members. Please note that, as a small team, we do not have a live chat option staffed by humans.
You can use the search function at the top of the page in the Help Centre to type in your question. Then choose from the articles delivered in the search results.

Elements that a Project Owner Cannot Edit Themselves
Once a project is live and being funded, there are a few actions that you cannot perform through your dashboard. You will need to contact our Support team for assistance with the following:
Changing the funding type or target
Editing a reward that has already received pledges on
Switching to "Always On" mode (if the project is not a fundraiser)

Can I call you?
With hundreds of projects being added to our platform every week, we're supporting a large number of project owners. We want to help as many people as possible in a day and we find that email or encouraging you to use our Help Centre is the most efficient way to do this.
Opening Hours
Crowdfunder's office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on all public holidays in England.
