Removing an Experience

Learn how to remove experiences such as to make room for new ones or simply to remove unnecessary experiences.

Written by Ross Newton

When you no longer need an experience and/or need to make room to create new experiences, you can easily remove an experience.

Removing an experience is permanent! All questions, answers, participants, and crowd responses will be permanently removed. Please make sure you no longer need an experience and/or you've already exported any necessary Experience and Crowd Data before removing. Please see the exporting articles at the bottom of this article to learn more.

Remove a Single Experience

  1. Click on the My Experiences list in the left-side navigation column

  2. Find the experience, you'd like to remove, then click on the circular red Remove Experience (trash can) button on the right side of the experience's row.

  3. That's it! Your experience will be removed from your account.

Remove Multiple Experiences

If you'd like to remove more than one experience, you can do so by checking the box located to the left of each experience. Next, click the red Remove button on the right side of the experiences list to remove all selected experiences.

Remove Experiences to make room for more! In the screenshot above, notice the "Experience Limit Reached" message disappears when we've removed the experience. This is because removing experiences reduces your plan's Experience Limit count, which allows you to create more experiences.
