The Like or Dislike and Yes or No question types are basically just Multiple Choice questions that have been automatically formatted with the following two answer options:
"Like" and "Dislike"
"Yes" and "No"
These question types are only supported by Poll Experiences.
Making a New Like or Dislike or Yes or No Question
Yes or No and Like or Dislike Poll questions are great and unique ways to get instant feedback from your crowd. If you're on the Classroom Plan or higher, you can even export the data to a CSV file to easily create beautiful visualizations in data-processing software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, etc.
You can choose to make a Yes or No or a Like or Dislike Poll using the Experience Setup Wizard. To add a Yes or No or a Like or Dislike question into an existing Poll, first, create a new question.
Add Blank Question tool
Next, click the + button to quickly add a new question.
And your new question gets inserted into the Question 2 slot.
Then click the green Edit (pencil) button in the top right of the question area.
You can also click the text of the question itself, where it says "(click here to edit)"
This will open the edit panel with several options. Click the dropdown menu under Question Type to select which type you want, click it, and click the green Save (checkmark) button in the top right.
Polls also have the most Question Type options.

Change Question
To change the question itself, simply click into the box, type out your question, and click the green Save (checkmark) button on the right.
Question Order
To change the order of your question or where it should go, you can use the Question Order option on the far left. Click it to open the dropdown selection box, and choose its new position. Click the green Save (checkmark) button on the right after you're done.
You can also do that by dragging and dropping the question tabs. However, you can't move it out of the current group of 10 questions this way.
Question Type
You can change the type of this question under the Question Type. Please note that changing question types will erase all answers you have set. You cannot undo this. If you accidentally change question types, you will have to rewrite all of the answers you set for the Multiple Choice question, as well as any custom colors, the correct answer, etc.
Double-check which type you've selected, and click the green Save (checkmark) button to apply it.

Question Time
You can also set a specific Question Timer duration for an individual question. By default, all questions are set to 15 seconds. However, you may want one specific question to have a longer Question Timer if you'd like to give your participants more time to vote.
To set an individual's question's timer, click on the Minutes or Seconds box, then select your preferred duration using the dropdown boxes. For instance, you can set a specific question's timer as short as 10 seconds or as long as 60 minutes!

Copy Answer Colors
Did you know you can change the colors on the answer buttons? You can find out how here:
The Copy Answer Colors button will apply this question's Answer Color scheme to every question in your Experience. You'll get a notification in the top right corner confirming it, and if you go to your other questions, they will have the new color scheme applied.
Like or Dislike | Yes or No |
Like or Dislike - Default colors | Yes or No - Default colors |
Like or Dislike - Custom colors | Yes or No - Custom colors |
What if I add new questions after using Copying Answer Colors? Any new questions you add afterward will have Crowdpurr's default color scheme. If you know all the questions you want to add to your Experience, add them all first before applying any new answer colors as this workflow can save you some time.
For now, after you add a new question, you'll either need to go back to one with the proper colors and apply them from there or add your new colors manually. You can also use the Clone Question button, discussed below.
Clone Question
The Clone Question button copies over everything in your question to a new question, and places that new one right after the current one in the order.
Should I add a new question or clone the question? In some cases, using Clone Question might be better than adding new questions entirely. If you already have the Point Value and Question Type set up, cloning your question will carry them over to the new question.
If you want to keep everything the same throughout your Experience, aside from the questions and answers themselves, then cloning is the way to go. If you want to have more variety in the point values, colors, and types, just clicking Add Question might save some time.
Remove Question
If you made an extra question by mistake or just want to get rid of it for any reason, click the red Delete button.
This cannot be undone! This will delete the current question and all of its answers from your Experience. A message box will appear asking if you're sure. Click Cancel to keep the question, or OK to permanently remove it.
Why can't I remove the last question? You can't remove a question if it's the last one in your Experience. If you want to remove the entire Experience, go to the My Experiences page. You can find My Experiences on the left-hand sidebar.
For more information on adding and removing experiences, check out Removing an Experience.
Upload Question Image
If you've upgraded to the Classroom Plan or higher, you can add images to your questions. To add an image to a Like or Dislike or a Yes or No question, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Upload Question Image section.
For more information on that, check out Uploading Your Own Images to Questions
Add Answer Images
When using either the Like or Dislike or Yes or No question type, you can also add images to the default answer options. For instance, you can add Animated GIFs from Giphy and Stock Images from Pixabay. If you're on the Classroom Plan or higher, you can even upload your own images to your answer choices.
To add an image to Multiple Choice answer options, locate the camera button on the right of the individual answer options. Upon clicking the camera button, you'll be prompted to select an Animated GIF, Stock Image, or upload your own image.
