Can fans refresh or swap their bingo card if they don't like the one they received?

Yes, CUE's Bingo includes an optional card refresh feature that lets fans request a new card before the game begins. You have full control over how many times fans can refresh — you might allow three card swaps, for example, meaning fans can be picky about their first two cards but are stuck with whatever they get on the third refresh. This adds a strategic element where fans can try to get a card with tiles they think are more likely to be called, while preventing unlimited refreshes that could let someone game the system. The refresh feature is particularly useful when you have more tiles in your pool than fit on a single card, as different card combinations may be more favorable depending on game conditions. The refresh option appears as a 'Refresh Card' button highlighted on the mobile interface and is only available during the pre-game setup phase; once you advance to the actual game stage, fans play with whatever card they have. You can also choose to disable this feature entirely if you prefer the traditional bingo approach where fans get what they get.
