The fallback image is a placeholder graphic that appears in place of a fan's video feed when no one is currently pushed live to that slot. You'll see this graphic in situations such as: when the activation has started but no fans have been selected yet, when a fan who was live exits out of the activation, or when a moderator clears someone from the board (for example, if they made an inappropriate gesture). While the fallback image is rarely seen for long periods — typically just a few seconds before the moderator pushes another fan live — it's an important branding opportunity. We recommend including your sponsor logo and perhaps a simple graphic that maintains visual consistency with the rest of your activation design.
