FanSee outputs in a standard 16:9 aspect ratio (1920x1080), but many venues have video boards with unique dimensions — such as ultra-wide LED ribbon boards. If your board doesn't match the 16:9 output, you have several options. First, you can designate a 16:9 section of your larger board to display the FanSee output, placing other graphics or QR codes in the remaining space. Second, you can bake your branded graphics directly into the 16:9 output background and then crop or position the feed within your production system to fit your board's aspect ratio. The key consideration is ensuring the live fan feeds remain large enough to be visible from the stands — if your board is significantly shorter in height (like a ribbon board), you may want to reduce the number of simultaneous fans displayed (such as showing two or four fans in a single horizontal row) to maximize the size of each feed. CUE recommends testing your specific board configuration in-venue before game day to ensure the output looks great and the fan feeds are appropriately sized for your unique setup.
