What should I do if a library track's light programming appears incomplete or stops partway through the song?

Some library tracks may have incomplete light programming or may not have transferred properly to the new Light Show 2.0 platform. If you notice the lights stop partway through a song when previewing it in the timeline, you have two options: (1) Contact your CUE account manager or CUE support to have the track properly programmed at no charge—this fix won't count against your custom track allotment; or (2) Request access to program your own light patterns for the affected track. We recommend testing your chosen song by previewing it in the timeline before your live event to identify any programming gaps. CUE is committed to ensuring all library tracks work properly in the new system.
