Yes, CUE's Polling Mania supports multiple ways to combine images and text in poll options.
You can upload a graphic (such as a competitor photo, team logo, or country flag) and separately type in the option name, which will stack the text below the image.
Alternatively, you can create a single combined graphic with the option name baked directly into the image. This often creates a cleaner, more polished appearance on both the video board and fans' mobile screens. To do this, click the squares inside the Answer menu to upload a photo.
You can also use text-only options if needed, which works well for quick polls added on the fly without time for image uploads.
Many clients use a hybrid approach: pre-programmed polls with high-quality images for known matchups, and quick text-only polls for elimination rounds where matchups aren't determined until shortly before the competition. The maximum number of options per poll is 30, so you can accommodate larger fields if needed. The most options you will see on a video board at one time is 8 options.
