Yes, PostUP supports video submissions alongside photos and text messages. When fans scan the QR code, they can take photos, record videos, send messages, or use AI filters depending on your configuration. Video submissions go through the same moderation process as photos — nothing appears on your video board until approved by your team. Videos play automatically in your content rotation without requiring manual interaction, creating a dynamic and varied display that captures fan reactions, celebrations, and shout-outs with added energy and authenticity.
You have full control over video settings within the Mobile settings section. You can configure a maximum video length (for example, 10 seconds) — any video submitted longer than this limit will automatically cut off at that point. You can also completely disable video submissions if you prefer photo-only content, toggle whether fans can upload from their camera roll versus capturing new content, and enable or disable other submission options independently. These settings can be adjusted at any time, even while an instance is live, and you can configure different settings for different instances running simultaneously.
