Can PostUP be moderated remotely by someone not at the venue?

Yes, PostUP moderation can be done remotely by anyone with access to your CUE account, regardless of their physical location. The moderator doesn't need to be at the stadium — they can be at home, in an office, or anywhere with an internet connection. The moderation interface is web-based and works on both laptops and mobile phones, so your team can approve or decline photo submissions from wherever they are.

This flexibility is particularly valuable on match days when your on-site control room team is focused on production tasks, or for always-on installations where you want to periodically moderate submissions throughout the day without requiring someone to be physically present at all times. You can even use a dedicated mobile QR code that provides a simple swipe-based interface — swipe one direction to reject inappropriate content, swipe the other to approve it. The moderation process is straightforward and requires no technical knowledge, making it easy to delegate to junior staff or volunteers. Approved content immediately appears on your video board output in real time.
