When should I use PostUP during match day, and how many times should I display it?

PostUP is designed to fill the dead time throughout your match day when there's nothing particularly engaging happening for fans. The ideal usage pattern is to display PostUP multiple times‚ five or six times‚ especially during the hour before the match begins when fans are filling up the stadium and settling into their seats.

Pregame is an excellent time to start running PostUP and begin collecting fan submissions. Early arrivals often have time to engage with activations while getting comfortable, and by rotating PostUP through your pregame content loop on the video board, you can pre-populate your moderation queue with approved photos before your main in-game activation. This approach has multiple benefits: you'll have content ready to display immediately when you activate during the game, you can verify that photos are from that day's game (matching lighting conditions, appropriate team gear, etc.) rather than from a previous game, and you'll ensure your content looks current and appropriate.

You can also use PostUP effectively at halftime. The key is understanding that PostUP isn't meant to be a single highlight moment‚ it's an ongoing engagement tool that keeps fans entertained during natural lulls in your match day programming. Your stadium MC can prompt fans to participate, or you can simply display it and let fans organically engage when they see their peers appearing on screen.
