Once your Dashboard is configured, you can generate a read-only output link to share with sponsors, stakeholders or internal teams.
How do I generate a shared Dashboard link?
Locate the Dashboard instance you want to share.
Click the QR Code icon located in the instance panel on the far left side of the screen.
Open the link in a new tab or Copy it for easy sharing.
Select the chainlink icon to open the Dashboard output link in a new tab.
Select the copy icon to the right of the URL, to share via email or through another messaging platform.
This link will open a read-only version of the Dashboard
What can viewers do with the shared Dashboard?
Anyone with the shared link can:
View the Dashboard
Interact with the report data
They cannot:
Edit the Dashboard
Change Dashboard settings
Modify reports or dashboard configuration
Do shared Dashboards update automatically?
Yes. If your Dashboard uses ongoing date ranges, the shared Dashboard will continue to update automatically as new data becomes available. This allows the most current reporting data to be viewed asynchronously by anyone with the link. No need to share new links after each activation.
