To manage your Cuez account, click your name in the top right corner and select "My Account". Here you can:
Change your email (needs to be validated using a confirmation code)
When you are done, click "Save" in the bottom right corner. If you do not want to keep your changes, click "Cancel".
Changes to your account apply to all Cuez Organizations and Projects you are part of with this account.
Add or change your profile photo
Use the button to upload a photo from your device or drag and drop an image into the provided section.
Once your photo has been added, a pencil icon will appear, allowing you to crop the image or adjust which part you would like to use.
If you already have a photo and would like to change or remove it, use the red button underneath your photo. Click "Save" to continue without a photo, or follow the steps above to upload a new one.
Change your name
You will see your current name. Simply update it in the provided field.
Change your email
Click the button to change your email address. In the pop-up, enter your new email address and click the blue button to send a confirmation code.
Keep this Cuez window open, check your inbox for the confirmation code, and return to Cuez to enter it.
Cuez will verify the code to confirm the change. Once successful, you will see a confirmation message.
Change your password
Click the button to change your password. Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. Make sure the new password uses 8 or more characters, includes a number, a symbol, a lowercase letter, and an uppercase letter.
Click the blue "Change Password" button to confirm. You will then be redirected to the login page to log in with your new password.
Add or change your phone number
Simply update your phone number in the provided field.
