When registering an account, as well as for certain other actions, Cuez will send you a six-digit confirmation code by email, which is needed to confirm the action.
If you haven't received the email, please check your spam/junk folder as it might have ended up in there. If not, you can click 'Resend code' below the code box to have it resend to you.
Should the code still not arrive after having tried the resend option, you can contact Support via the round blue button in the bottom right corner of the Cuez screen. This gives you the option to start a chat with us so we can check this for you.
