  • If you're coming over from Curate Classic, we moved the messenger from the right side of the screen to the left side. This was by design since many of the slide out menus in the updated Curate will load from the right side of the screen.

What do I do if the messenger is missing?

This is typically due to an issue within the browser itself.

  • Clearing Site Settings & Incognito Mode - This is the most common fix for this issue. By trying a hard refresh and loading Curate inside an incognito window will help rule out the next step.

  • Browser plugins and pop up blockers are another reason that will cause issues where the messenger and other items won't load properly. As mentioned in the last bullet point, loading Curate inside an incognito window will help rule this out. If you're able to see the messenger in this mode, that will confirm that a browser add on or plugin is causing the issue.

  • Trying another browser - Trying loading Curate in a different browser to see if Messenger is working. If it is working that would also confirm that something within your primary browser is causing the issue.
