Adding Photos to Existing Products

If your products already exist in Curate:

  1. Open the product in your Curate (Catalog Tab)

  2. Download the image(s) from Google Drive to your computer

  3. Upload the image directly into the product’s photo section

Best Practice (Recommended for Bulk Imports)

If you’re preparing photos for an import, the easiest method is to set up your Google Drive folder correctly first:

  • Place all relevant images into a single Google Drive folder

  • Set the folder’s sharing settings to “Anyone with the link can view”

  • Use the image links from that folder when creating your bulk import file

Important Notes

  • Drag-and-drop from Google Drive may not always work depending on browser or permission settings

  • Publicly shared folders help prevent broken images or access issues

  • Uploaded images will display in both Planner and Client View once saved
