Step 1:
Navigate to your Curated Social dashboard and click Market Updates:
Step 2:
Choose the template you want to use. Choose which Data type and Date Range to filter by. Then select the Area and the Property type, and then either customise the template or, if you are happy with the template, click Create Post:
Customization made simple: Click on Customize Design to experience our drag-and-drop merge fields that allow you to insert dynamic data placeholders into any template. Whether it’s a sale price or an agent's name, you can update your listings and sales reports with a single click. Check how to use the drag and drop feature here.
Step 3:
Finalizing Your Post. Once your content is ready, follow these steps to review or schedule your post:
Select Social Accounts: Choose the social media profiles where you want the post to appear.
Customize Your Content (Optional): Refine your caption and add relevant hashtags to increase engagement.
Add Branding(Optional):
Add your Branding Bar to maintain a consistent look.
Schedule or Publish: Choose to publish immediately or schedule the post for a future date and time.
