Curated Social’s new In-App Editor allows you to personalize and brand your social media posts. Whether you’re looking to change the text, swap out images, or add your own personal flair, this guide will walk you through the process.

Getting Started

  1. Log In: Access your Curated Social account.

  2. Select a Template: Browse through the available templates and click on the one you'd like to use.

  3. Enter the Editor: Click the “Customize Design” button located in the bottom right corner of the template preview.

Customizing Your Content

1. Editing Text

Every text element in a template is fully customizable.

  • Change Text: Click a text box to highlight it, then type your desired message.

  • Adjust Formatting: Use the toolbar at the top of the editor to change fonts, adjust line spacing, and apply text effects like bold or italic.

  • Change Colors: Click the color icon in the top toolbar to select a new text color. You can also enter your brand’s hex code for a perfect match.

2. Replacing Images

You can easily replace existing images with your own or choose from a library of free imagery.

  • Search for Images: Use the “Unsplash” or “Pexels” tabs in the left-hand panel to find professional-quality photos.

  • Swap Photos: Drag and drop an image from the search results or your uploaded files directly onto the existing photo in the template.

  • Upload Your Own: Click the “Upload” tab to add your own photos, such as your professional headshot, to the post.

3. Adding Elements and Branding

Personalize your post further by adding shapes, icons, and your own branding elements.

  • Insert Shapes: Click the “Elements” tab in the left panel to browse and select shapes like circles, squares, or lines.

  • Resize and Move: Click and drag the corners of an element to resize it, and drag the entire element to reposition it on your canvas.

  • Apply Brand Colors: Just like with text, you can change the color of any added element to match your brand’s palette.

4. Adding New Text Boxes

If you need more space for your message, you can easily add additional text boxes.

  • Add Text: Click the “Text” tab in the left panel and select “Add Heading,” “Add Subheading,” or “Add Body” to insert a new text box.

  • Customize: Once added, you can edit and format the text as described in the "Editing Text" section above.
